Have you ever prayed to the 8 pound, 6 ounce dont even know a word yet new born baby Jesus? And when/if you have to, do you picture baby Jesus in that smelly stable with horse dung and cow foot prints all over the place or is this imagination a more peaceful convocation of serenity with Jesus in his little manger and surrounded by the Gold given to him by wise men?  The baby Jesus didnt have a place to stay. And whats even more shocking? Neither did the grown up Jesus. The bible says. " Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head."  Its an interesting fact that even though Jesus was born in a manger, even though he didnt have a place of his own, He was always Sought out by powerful and influential men. When I was a young chappy, I used to stare at the stars. Seriously, I used to look up so much that even till this day people around me look up to figure out what im looking at. The truth is, right before my grand-father died. He used to look down all the time. He was sick to his bones..literally. And none of use knew what to do to fix him. He had something...that made him look....defeated. So he would always look down. I knew the picture didnt look right..so I told him. "Grandpa, look up" He'd look at me and gently grimace.
